-Proven track record in all relevant web technologies (J2EE) and frameworks (frontend, backend, data bases)
-Proven track record combined with years of experience in development and service / hosting of complex, high availabiliy e-Commerce environments with 24x7 high-availability requirements
-Profound understanding of system architectures and administrations
-Very good knowledge in all relevant infrastructure and system technologies (Webserver, Application Server, Oracle, MySQL, Queuing, Scheduling, LoadBalancing, SAN etc.), operating systems (Solaris, RHEL) und Hardware.
-Strong solution orientation, hands-on approach and analytical and strategic skills
-High degree of assertiveness and resilient
-Visionary thinking
-Fluency in Spanish as well as English
-Basic Knowledge of german
